Since graduation, he has accumulated extensive experience in the entrepreneurship and operations of high-technology enterprises, banking risk management research, and equity investment. In corporate management, Mr. Li founded multiple high-technology companies in the information technology sector, successfully participated in large-scale mergers and acquisitions, and subsequently engaged in the management of major integrated circuit enterprises, promoting collaboration across the semiconductor industry chain and the localization of equipment and materials. In equity investment, he has led multiple cross-border M&A transactions and post-investment management initiatives in the semiconductor and core technology sectors, each exceeding RMB 10 billion. He previously served as a senior executive at SMIC; Chairman of Ampleon (a semiconductor RF device company); Chairman of Nexperia (a semiconductor standard products company); Chairman of Huba Control (formerly a Siemens pressure sensor subsidiary); Chairman of Guangda Rongzhi Group; Chairman of the Zhongguancun Rongxin Industry Alliance; and Chairman of WeEn Semiconductors (a semiconductor power device company). He currently serves as Chairman of New Unigroup Group; Chairman of UTAC (a semiconductor packaging and testing company); Chairman of ASM Pacific (formerly the mainland China packaging and testing facilities of ASE Group); and Chairman of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Zhongguancun Rongxin Industry Alliance.
Wen Bing, male, holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the City University of New York. He is a CFA charterholder with over 25 years of domestic and international experience in the financial sector, having led and participated in the establishment and operation of multiple technology venture capital funds. He previously served as Chief Risk Officer at Citigroup Global Finance Headquarters, Director of Risk Management at American Express, General Manager of the New Capital Accord Implementation Office at China Merchants Bank Head Office, and General Manager of the U.S. Region and Branch Manager of the New York Branch at CITIC Bank (International).
Chen Jie, male, holds a Bachelor's degree from Harbin Engineering University and a Ph.D. from the University of Electro-Communications, Japan. Since 1988, he has been engaged in signal processing, image processing, and the R&D and management of mixed-signal large-scale integrated circuits. He has served as Senior Director of Chip R&D at YOZAN Inc., Japan; Associate Professor at the University of Electro-Communications, Japan; Researcher under the "Hundred Talents Program" and Deputy Chief Engineer at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has presided over multiple major national science and technology projects and has published or filed more than 100 academic papers and invention patents. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, has been selected for the National High-Level Talent Special Support Plan, and has been designated as a Specially Appointed Expert by the State. He founded Beijing Superpix Microelectronics Co., Ltd., leading the team in the successful development and mass production of a series of image sensor products.
Mr. Li Tao holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. He previously served as Deputy General Manager of the Regulatory Affairs Department and General Manager of the Risk Management and Legal Affairs Department at China Netcom Group, as well as General Manager of the Customer Service Department and Director of the Full-Service E-commerce Promotion Office at China United Network Communications Group. He has also held positions at various high-technology and multinational enterprises. Mr. Li has been deeply involved in or led multiple major projects in the domestic and international telecommunications sectors, including business mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, and strategic capital increases. He possesses over 30 years of operational and management experience in the telecommunications industry.
Ma Daojie, male, graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and the professional title of Professor-level Senior Engineer. He is a recipient of the 2004 First Prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award and an expert entitled to the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He previously served as Deputy General Manager of China Unicom Guangxi Branch; Deputy General Manager of Unicom Huasheng Communication Technology Co., Ltd.; General Manager of Tianyi Telecom Terminal Co., Ltd.; General Manager of China Telecom Mobile Terminal Management Center; Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of China Telecom Group; Vice President of Lenovo Group; and Executive Vice President of MBG China.
Mr. Ren Qiwei is a National Distinguished Expert and Professor-level Senior Engineer. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Tsinghua University and a doctoral degree from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, all in the field of Microelectronics. He previously served as Senior Engineer at Philips Semiconductors in the Netherlands, Design Director at Qimonda Technologies (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. in Germany, and Senior Vice President of Shandong Huaxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Xi'an Huaxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
Mr. Wang Huixuan holds a bachelor's degree from the Department of Politics at Central China Normal University, as well as a master's degree and a doctoral degree in Business Administration from the School of Management at Tianjin University. He is a Senior Economist. He previously served as Secretary of the CPC Committee of Dongshan District, Urumqi; Director of the Management Committee of Midong New Area; Executive Director and Vice President of People's Life Insurance Company of China Limited; and Chairman of the Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, President, and Chairman of the Investment Decision-Making Committee of PICC Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd.

He possesses nearly 30 years of experience in corporate management and investment.
