To safeguard the reputation and legitimate rights and interests of the "New Unigroup" brand, and to prevent trademark infringement and misuse, notice is hereby given regarding matters concerning the standardized use of trademarks and brand identifiers as follows:
I. All Member Companies shall strictly use the Group's name, logos, and registered trademarks in accordance with the Group's brand management specifications, and shall not alter, separate, or combine them without authorization; II. Where Group trademarks are involved in external publicity, business cooperation, or product packaging, internal approval procedures must be completed; III. Any infringement upon the Group's trademark rights shall be promptly reported to the Group's Legal Department.
All Member Companies are requested to attach great importance to this matter and ensure strict compliance.
