This selection program is open to all employees of the Group headquarters and member companies, with a focus on recognizing individuals who have made exceptional contributions in areas such as technological innovation, operations management, market development, and frontline production. The selection process adheres to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, and final recipients will be determined through procedures including nomination, review, and public announcement.
All member companies are requested to organize the nomination process diligently in accordance with the selection guidelines and submit candidate materials within the prescribed timeframe.
