President and Chief Executive Officer of H3C Group
Master of Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, EMBA from China Europe International Business School, and Senior Engineer. He possesses over 30 years of professional experience in communications, informatization, and digital management for government and enterprise sectors. He has held core management positions at major domestic telecommunications operators for an extended period, serving in key roles including General Manager of a provincial branch of China Unicom and General Manager of the Group's Informatization Business Division. He has accumulated extensive expertise in communication network construction, digital transformation, and cloud-network industry operations. He joined New Unigroup Group in 2016 and previously served as Senior Vice President of New Unigroup Group and CEO of UNICLOUD. Since 2017, he has served as Director and President of Unisplendor Corporation, while concurrently holding positions such as Director of H3C Group. He has been deeply involved in and led the operational management and strategic implementation of the company's core businesses, including computing networks, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure.
Huang Zhihui

Mr. Huang Zhihui currently serves as Co-President of H3C Group and President of the International BG. Mr. Huang officially joined Hewlett-Packard (China) Co., Ltd. in 2008. He successively held positions including Vice President of HP China and General Manager of the Telecommunications Industry, General Manager of the Global Accounts Department for Greater China, and Global Vice President and General Manager of the Communications/Energy/Internet/Global Accounts Department, achieving rapid growth across multiple sectors amidst increasingly demanding customer requirements. Mr. Huang possesses 25 years of extensive sales and management experience in the IT industry, with profound insights into core industries including telecommunications, energy, and global key accounts.
Zhang Li
Senior Vice President of H3C Group; President of Operations Management Department
Mr. Zhang Li currently serves as Senior Vice President of H3C Group and President of the Operations Management Department. Mr. Zhang joined Hangzhou H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. in 2005, where he served as Representative of the Henan Representative Office and General Manager of the North China Region. In October 2016, he was appointed Vice President of H3C Group and President of the Security Product Line. In September 2019, he was appointed President of H3C Group China. Mr. Zhang possesses over 20 years of extensive marketing, sales, and management experience, with profound insights into sectors such as telecommunications operators, government, and enterprises. He has led multiple teams to achieve rapid growth across various domains. Prior to joining Hangzhou H3C Technologies Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang worked at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. for six years, where he was responsible for market and sales operations at the Mobile Systems Department of the Zhengzhou Representative Office and the Netcom Systems Department of the Domestic Market. Mr. Zhang graduated from Tianjin University in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree, and also holds an EMBA and a Ph.D. in Economics.
Liang Huaixiong
Senior Vice President of H3C Group; President of Legal and Ethics Compliance Department
Mr. Liang Huaixiong currently serves as Senior Vice President of H3C Group and President of the Legal and Ethics Compliance Department. Prior to joining H3C, Mr. Liang was responsible for the Strategic Planning Department of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Group and participated in several external and internal strategic projects. Mr. Liang previously served as Vice President of Strategic Operations at Camelot Group, Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Capgemini Consulting (China) Co., Ltd., and Chief of Staff to the President. In these roles, he assisted senior executives in strategic planning, organizational structure design, institutional and process optimization, operational analysis, cross-system project management, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Liang graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2000 with a First Class Honours degree in Applied Science (Computer Engineering).

Mr. Du Wei currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of H3C Group. Prior to joining H3C, Mr. Du held the positions of Vice President of Human Resources for Samsung Electronics Greater China and Samsung (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Vice President of Human Resources at China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd., and Vice President of Human Resources at Unilever and Wall's (China) Co., Ltd. Mr. Du possesses extensive experience in human resources management and industry operations, having held senior HR leadership roles across diverse industries in both domestic and multinational corporations. Mr. Du obtained his bachelor's degree from the Chinese People's Police Officers University in 1991 and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the EMBA program at China Europe International Business School in 2003.
Zhang Tao

Mr. Zhang Tao currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Chairman of the Technology Committee, and President of the Cloud and Computing Storage Product Line of H3C Group. Mr. Zhang joined Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. in 2000, where he was engaged in network product development. In 2003, he joined Hangzhou H3C Communication Technology Co., Ltd., successively serving as Wireless Software TDT Manager, COMWARE V7 Development Representative, Director of the COMWARE Development Department, and President of the Research and Development Department. With 20 years of experience in network technology R&D, Mr. Zhang has been extensively involved in the development and management of network operating systems and has led the R&D of H3C's network operating system technologies. Mr. Zhang obtained his master's degree from Peking University in 2000.
Liu Xinmin
Senior Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Technology Committee, H3C Group
Mr. Liu Xinmin currently serves as Senior Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Technology Committee of H3C Group. Mr. Liu possesses 18 years of experience in IT industry R&D, emerging technology exploration, and management. He demonstrates strategic vision in IT business planning and holds profound insights derived from extensive R&D and practical experience in fields including networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence. He has successfully led teams to achieve outstanding performance and industry-leading positions in these domains. Mr. Liu joined Hangzhou H3C Communication Technology Co., Ltd. in 2003, successively serving as Chief Architect, Director of the Architecture Research Department, President of the Smart Research Institute, and Vice President of the Big Data Product Line. Mr. Liu obtained his Master of Engineering degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2001.

Prior to joining H3C Group, Dr. Yang served as Chief Communications Officer for Dell Technologies Greater China, where he was fully responsible for internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation management for Dell Technologies in the region. Previously, as Vice President of Huawei's Strategic Marketing Department, he was responsible for Huawei's brand and leadership marketing as well as corporate strategic communications, and led the design of the company-level marketing framework.
