On November 14, the 2025 "China Chip" Integrated Circuit Industry Promotion Conference and the Award Ceremony for the 20th "China Chip" Outstanding Product Selection were grandly held at the Tianmu Qintai Conference Center in Hengqin. The PG3T500, a mid-to-high-end model independently developed by Pango Microsystems, stood out from 410 entries submitted by 303 chip enterprises nationwide due to its exceptional technological innovation capabilities and significant market potential. It was awarded the "China Chip" Outstanding Technological Innovation Product Award, becoming the only mid-to-high-end FPGA product shortlisted in this year's selection.
This product is China's first mass-produced, domestically developed 50-million-gate FPGA based on FinFET process technology. It supports hard-core configurations including high-speed SerDes, 2800 Mbps DDR4, and PCIe Gen4 x8. Widely applied in terminal equipment such as multi-sensor parallel data processing systems, wireless RRUs/AAUs, ONT access devices, high-end transmission equipment, and routers/switches, it has achieved volume shipments across sectors including communications, industrial automation, and image/video processing. This achievement fills the domestic gap in the industrialization of mid-to-high-end FPGAs and supports the high-quality development of China's strategic emerging industries.
