Management Team
Wang Hongtao: President and Chief Executive Officer of H3C Group. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School, and is a Senior Engineer. With over 30 years of professional experience in communications, information technology, and digital management for government and enterprise sectors, he has long served in core management positions at major domestic telecommunications operators. He previously held key roles including General Manager of provincial branches of China Unicom and General Manager of the Group's Informatization Division. He joined New Unigroup Group in 2016, where he served as Senior Vice President of New Unigroup Group and CEO of UNICLOUD Data. Since 2017, he has served as Director and President of Unisplendor Corporation, while concurrently holding positions such as Director of H3C Group.
Huang Zhihui: Co-President of H3C Group and President of the International Business Group. He joined Hewlett-Packard China Co., Ltd. in 2008, where he served in various capacities including Vice President of HP China and General Manager of the Telecommunications Industry. He possesses 25 years of sales and management experience in the IT industry.
Zhang Li: Senior Vice President of H3C Group and President of the Operations Management Department. He joined Hangzhou H3C Communication Technologies Co., Ltd. in 2005, serving as Representative of the Henan Office and General Manager of the North China Region, among other roles. He has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and management.
Liang Huaixiong: Senior Vice President of H3C Group and President of the Legal and Ethics Compliance Department. He previously led the Strategic Planning Department of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Group and served as Vice President of Strategic Operations at Camelot Information Systems, among other positions.
Du Wei: Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of H3C Group. He previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for Greater China at Samsung Electronics and Vice President of Human Resources at China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd.
Zhang Tao: Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Chairman of the Technology Committee, and President of the Cloud and Computing Storage Product Line of H3C Group. He began his career at Huawei in 2000 and joined Hangzhou H3C in 2003. He possesses 20 years of experience in network technology research and development.
Liu Xinmin: Senior Vice President of H3C Group and Vice Chairman of the Technology Committee. He joined Hangzhou H3C in 2003, serving successively as Chief Architect and Dean of the Intelligent Research Institute.
Yang Xi: Senior Vice President and Chief Brand Marketing Officer of H3C Group. He previously served as Chief Communications Officer for Greater China at Dell Technologies and Vice President of the Strategic Marketing Department at Huawei.
