To promote a quality culture centered on continuous improvement and ongoing enhancement, Pango Microsystems successfully held the 2025 QCC (Quality Control Circle) Achievement Report and Outstanding Results Selection Event on December 6. Focusing on employees' independent innovation practices, this event aimed to deepen organization-wide quality awareness and drive high-quality corporate development through experience sharing and results presentation.

At the event, representatives from QCC teams across multiple departments—including Production, R&D, AE, and Quality—presented in succession on topics such as process optimization, defect rate reduction, and efficiency improvement. Utilizing data charts, case study videos, and live demonstrations, each team effectively showcased innovative solutions in areas including lean production and customer service. Following rigorous evaluation, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were awarded to recognize teams that achieved significant results in quality improvement.

Spanning eight months, this QCC initiative involved over 100 employees and generated more than 100 improvement proposals. Through this activity, participants gained a profound understanding that QCC is not merely a tool but an integral part of the corporate culture. All employees are now actively embracing the philosophy of proactively identifying issues and pursuing continuous refinement, thereby embedding quality enhancement into their daily work habits.

This event further reinforced the Pango Microsystems quality strategy of prioritizing quality as the company's core competitiveness. Moving forward, the company will strengthen its QCC mechanisms, expand the application of digital tools, and establish a more efficient and sustainable quality management system to deliver superior products and services to its customers.
