UNISOC has officially launched the T8300, a 5G SoC designed for mainstream global users to deliver enhanced audio-visual and gaming experiences. This new product supports 5G Dual SIM Dual Standby and the latest Android 15, features the 7th-generation Vivimagic imaging engine and Hi-Fi grade audio quality, and offers a comprehensively upgraded multimedia experience. The T8300 is the first to integrate 5G NR NTN satellite communication and 5G MBS broadcasting functions, providing users with an entirely new 5G experience.
Powerful Core for Smarter Entertainment
The UNISOC T8300 chipset utilizes a 6nm process technology and an octa-core CPU architecture comprising two Arm Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six Arm Cortex-A55 efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The A78 cores deliver a 28% improvement in energy efficiency compared to the previous generation. Furthermore, the combination of a dual-core Mali G57 GPU, high-speed UFS 2.2 flash storage, and LPDDR4X memory enables the T8300 to exceed 510,000 points in AnTuTu V10 benchmarks.
To deliver superior visual fidelity, the UNISOC T8300 supports FHD+ screen resolution and a 120Hz high refresh rate, complemented by HDR Vivid and HDR10+ technologies for more realistic and refined imagery. The VideoPQ dynamic video contrast adjustment technology enriches color gradation, enhances detail rendering, and provides a more impactful visual experience.

The UNISOC T8300 integrates the 7th-generation Vivimagic imaging engine, delivering comprehensive upgrades to imaging performance. The new 7th-generation quad-core ISP achieves a processing speed of 1.6 billion pixels per second, supporting 108MP capture, as well as 32MP@25fps and 16M+16M dual-camera ZSL photography, ensuring every frame is exquisitely detailed and clear. Regarding noise reduction, the T8300 supports MFNR (Hardware Multi-Frame Noise Reduction) and TNR (Hardware Temporal Noise Reduction), providing clearer and finer image quality.
The integration of the new 3A Algorithm 5.0 enables the UNISOC T8300 to further enhance facial brightness and color reproduction while achieving faster and more accurate focusing. Combined with XTM 3.0 technology, this delivers an improved dynamic range. The UNISOC Miracle Gaming Engine supports high and stable frame rates, enabling mainstream titles such as Honor of Kings, MLBB, and Free Fire to run smoothly at 90 FPS with high graphical fidelity. The integrated Game Performance Accelerator reduces maximum consecutive frame drops in mainstream games by 41%–85%, cuts cold-start latency by up to 50% in titles including Honor of Kings, Game for Peace, and Genshin Impact, and lowers touch response latency by up to 80% during aiming and shooting scenarios in Game for Peace. Furthermore, the dedicated gaming network reduces average latency in Honor of Kings by 80%, empowering players to demonstrate superior performance on the battlefield.
Regarding in-game voice communication, UNISOC has partnered with Tencent GVoice to ensure clear and fluent voice interaction even under extreme conditions with weak network signals, delivering a significant enhancement to the voice communication experience.
In terms of visual quality, image enhancement technologies improve subjective visual effects. SDR-to-HDR technology expands the dynamic range to enhance image texture, while game super-resolution technology renders images at lower resolutions to reduce GPU load and optimize power efficiency and performance. The T8300 supports 5G NR single-carrier aggregation technology, enabling 100 MHz spectrum bandwidth aggregation. Compared to the previous generation, power consumption in typical 5G scenarios is reduced by over 20%.
